Learn how to request a refund from a creator on Whop

Some purchases made to creators on Whop might be eligible for a refund. You can use any device with a web browser to request a refund.

How to request a refund

  1. Sign-in using your email address.

  2. Click on Manage.

  3. Select Open a Resolution Center case.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions and add details to submit your case.

The Resolution Center serves as a direct channel for communication between you and the creator. Your refund request will be directed to the creator initially, and if necessary, Whop will be available to assist.

Can’t find your purchase?

  1. Search Your Inbox

  2. Log In with the Correct Whop ID

    • If the Whop ID on the receipt isn’t the one you usually use, sign in with that ID.

    • Request a refund from here.

If You Don’t See a Receipt

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

    • Look for a line like “WHOP.COM/PAY/ABC123

    • Follow that link and look for the Customer name on the purchase details page.

  2. Sign into Whop with the correct email

    • Look for Customer name and sign into Whop using that email address.

    • Request a refund from here.
