Can’t find your recent purchase?
Search Your Inbox
Look for emails with “Whop Order Confirmation” or from “[email protected].”
Check the receipt to see which Whop ID is listed (e.g., “Whop ID: [email protected]”).
Log In with the Correct Whop ID
If the Whop ID on the receipt isn’t the one you usually use, sign in with that ID.
Make sure you are logged into Whop with the correct credentials (email and password).
Users will sometimes check out using one email address and unknowingly log in with another. Searching your inbox for purchase confirmation will make sure that you're accessing your Whop account from the correct email address.
If You Don’t See a Receipt
Check another email address
You might have accidentally made your purchase on Whop using a different email address
Check your bank or credit card statement
Look for a line like “WHOP.COM/PAY/ABC123”
Follow that link and look for the Customer name on the purchase details page
Sign into Whop with the correct email
Look for Customer name and sign into Whop using that email address
Check your purchases on whop
If you want to double check if you're logged into the correct Whop account, or you want to manage your memberships or purchases on Whop, take the following steps:
Log into Whop
Click on the icon for your profile
Click Manage Memberships
Here you can view and manage all of your purchases - if you do not see your purchase on this page, you have logged in with the wrong email address
