Learn how to find your recent purchase from a creator on Whop

Can’t find your recent purchase?

  1. Search Your Inbox

  2. Log In with the Correct Whop ID

    • If the Whop ID on the receipt isn’t the one you usually use, sign in with that ID.

Make sure you are logged into Whop with the correct credentials (email and password).

If you've logged in and still don't see your purchase, it is very possible that you accidentally have made two different whop accounts! Users will sometimes check out using one email address and unknowingly log in with another.

Searching your inbox for purchase confirmation will make sure that you're accessing your Whop account from the correct email address. Check all of the email inboxes from all of your different email addresses to make sure you know under what email address you made your purchase and signed up for a Whop account.

If You Don’t See a Receipt

  1. Check another email address

    • You might have accidentally made your purchase on Whop using a different email address

  2. Check your bank or credit card statement

    • Look for a line like “WHOP.COM/PAY/ABC123

    • Follow that link and look for the Customer name on the purchase details page

  3. Sign into Whop with the correct email

    • Look for Customer name and sign into Whop using that email address

Check your purchases on whop

If you want to double check if you're logged into the correct Whop account, or you want to manage your memberships or purchases on Whop, take the following steps:

  1. Log into Whop

  2. Click on the icon for your profile

  3. Click Manage Memberships

    • Here you can view and manage all of your purchases - if you do not see your purchase on this page, you have logged in with the wrong email address


Transfer subscription to another Whop account

If you realize you have accidentally made multiple different Whop accounts, it is possible to migrate your memberships to the one Whop account you want to use.

  1. Decide which Whop account you want to use - make sure you know:

    1. the email address associated with the correct account that you want to use

    2. the email address associated with the Whop account that you don't want to use, but that currently has the membership attached to it

  2. Click here to contact our team, or click the "Get help" question mark (?) on the bottom left of the screen, and ask the Whop team to have your membership transferred
