Cancellation reasons
Upon canceling their subscription, users are prompted with a pop-up to share the reasons behind their cancelation. User feedback provides you with insights to re-engage with the user.
You can find all users' cancellation reasons by:
Clicking the Cancellation reasons tab under the Marketing section of your creator dashboard ; or
Clicking into any individual cancelled user's profile (either under the Users tab of the dashboard or by searching their name on in the dashboard's search bar)
