How to cancel a subscription
Sign into your Whop profile
Go to https://whop.com/@me/settings/orders/. Click on your subscription.
Select Cancel membership.
If you have canceled your subscription, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation.

How to cancel a subscription on the mobile app
Tap on your Profile picture.
Select Manage Memberships.
Click on your subscription.
Click on Cancel membership.
Can’t find the subscription that you want to cancel?
Search Your Inbox
Look for emails with “Whop Order Confirmation” or from “[email protected].”
Check the receipt to see which Whop ID is listed (e.g., “Whop ID: [email protected]”).
If you have multiple email accounts, repeat this process across all accounts, including checking spam and junk folders for emails titled ‘Whop Order Confirmation.’
2. Log In with the Correct Whop ID
If the Whop ID on the receipt isn’t the one you usually use, sign in with that ID.

If You Don’t See a Receipt
Check your bank or credit card statement
Look for a line like “WHOP.COM/PAY/ABC123”
Cross-check all your potential email accounts related to the transactions, as sometimes a secondary email might have been used unknowingly.
Follow that link and look for the Customer name on the purchase details page.
Sign into Whop with the correct email
Look for Customer name and sign into Whop using that email address.
Cancel the subscription from here.
