Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Support Chats

  1. Open your Whop dashboard

  2. Click on Support Chats

  3. Click the settings gear icon in the top right corner

2. Configure Automated Messages

  1. Select the specific product (e.g., AI Mentorship)

  2. Customize the welcome message

Personalization Options

  • Use variables such as:

    • {whop name}

    • {recipient mention}

Additional Configuration

  • Add images or videos

  • Enable email notifications

  • Choose message sender

3. Customize Welcome Message

  1. Write a personalized message

  2. Select Send an email to user when triggered

  3. Review and modify message content

4. Save and Activate

  1. Click Save

  2. Automated message is now live for the selected product
