To appeal a resolved case, follow these steps:
Go to your Resolution Center.
Locate the case you’d like to appeal from your case history.
On the right-hand side of the case, click “Appeal.”
Follow the on-screen instructions to provide any additional context or evidence.
Once submitted, our team will review the appeal and follow up with a decision, typically within 1–3 business days!
