How do I withdraw my Resolution Center case?
Accidentally created a case or handled it outside of the Resolution Center already? If you no longer want to request a refund, withdrawing and canceling your case is super easy to do.
Head to your Resolution Center page.
Find the case you want to withdraw & open it
Click on Withdraw from the right side.
What Happens After Withdrawing?
The case will be closed immediately and no further action will be taken.
Please note that after a case is withdrawn, it may not be re-opened.
